From slime, sewing & jewelry to beauty, tie-dye, candle making, art and more, our parties are packed with creativity, laughter and hands-on fun. You bring the birthday kid—we’ll bring the WOW! 💕

Cancellation Policy
CLAY PAPER SCISSORS STUDIO PARTY POLICIES Reservations and Cancellations A $100 deposit and signed agreement are required within 24 hours to confirm your party. The deposit is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and applied to the final balance. If canceled, the deposit is forfeited. Guest Count and Payment Please notify us of significant guest-count changes so we can prepare supplies and staffing. The final balance is due after the party and is based on attendance. We accept cash, check, or Zelle; no credit cards. Party Time and Arrival Parties are 90 minutes: approximately one hour of crafting and 30 minutes for celebrating. Please arrive no more than five minutes early. Parties must end on time. An additional 30 minutes may be arranged in advance for $100, subject to availability. Supervision and Conduct The Client is responsible for all guests. Everyone must follow studio safety rules. The studio may stop an activity or remove anyone behaving unsafely, disruptively, destructively, or inappropriately. Parents and Adults Parties are drop-off events whenever age-appropriate. Adults who remain may be asked to stay in the front room. The craft room is reserved for participating children and staff unless approved in advance. Food, Decorations, and Belongings Discuss food, decorations, balloons, and setup requests with us in advance. Hazardous or flammable materials and indoor smoking are prohibited. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Items left behind will be held for two days. Allergies and Medical Information The Client must inform us in advance of allergies, medical conditions, accessibility needs, or other safety concerns. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Property Damage The Client is responsible for damage caused by the Client or their guests and may be charged for repair or replacement. Photography We may photograph events for our website, social media, and promotions. Notify us before the event if you do not want yourself or your child included. Safety and Liability Arts and crafts may involve tools and materials carrying risks of injury, allergic reaction, staining, or property damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to release and hold harmless Clay Paper Scissors Studio, its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from the event or the actions of the Client and their guests. The Client agrees to follow studio instructions and ensure guests do the same.
